Should CFIUS domain extend to security of food supply?

Last week, two U.S. Senators asked the Treasury Secretary to begin a CFIUS review of the U.S. transactions of Brazilian meat-processing company JBS S.A., which has been accused of bribing politicians. Is this beyond CFIUS' scope?
